It depends on the product you use. For Alta, the filter change is recommended every month, therefore we send a package of 3 filter cartridges every quarter. For Sandhamn, the filter change is every two months, and therefore we send a package of 2 filter cartridges every four months.

The filter usually turns brown after absorbing the harmful substances in the water for a longer period of time, which is a sign that it is almost time to change the filter cartridge. Another sign is that the water does not flow as easily as when the filter was new. Remember to change the filter cartridge as recommended for maximum effect!
